I love looking at every aspect of a project — understanding the nuances of the neighborhood and demographic, the architects and designers involved, the tenants or target audience, the different usages of the space — and seeing how each can be utilized in a creative way as a marketing tool. Whether the restaurant, hotel, office or mixed-use project already exists, or is looking for insight on where to begin.

My background in real estate enables me to truly understand local markets and placemaking within them. And my experience as a marketing manager in the hospitality world has deepened my understanding of how brands, community, and operations intersect in real life. When combined with my communications and positioning skills — verbally, visually, and technologically — I’m able to market spaces in a way that not only drives results, but hopefully gets all of us closer to the in-person experiences we humans need and enjoy most.
